SHIPPING POLICY

We shall dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated  to be anywhere between 8-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. Please expect a delay in shipments owing to the current pandemic situations.


We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. The Thea Candle is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of The Thea Candle. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of The Thea Candle, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade custom pieces, we do not accept returns/exchanges.  With that said, if there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help make it right,
